Inveraray with the Duke of Argyll's Castle in the Foreground
Visit the many historical sites. In Inveraray (16 miles

miles further south, the old Highland village museum of Auchindrain. At
Dunadd (25m), beyond Lochgilphead, the Kings of Scotland were enthroned
in the middle ages, and, near to Dunadd, is Temple Wood, a prehistoric
stone circle.
